Some say I don’t play with others, Maybe I just haven’t found the right “others”. I have recently stopped playing with others for a number of different reasons….. the main kicker is the feeling of shared values, a common sense of purpose and underlying lack of trust. At the same time, working with others who give and share freely, and of who the contributions are appreciated and loved. Being a team, compared to not being a team.
At times, don’t be forced to play nice with others, especially when their version of playing nice favours them, and is focused on them. Playing nice means working together for a shared result. I’m not sorry for not being able to play nice with everyone, sometimes I only play nice with the best.
