Dumb Leaders say ” I Treat everyone the same”. How Dumb. Now I am sure they mean to say they are consistent in their approach, but dumb leaders do treat everyone the same. A one size fits all, which doesn’t work for humans. It may work for robots and machines. Dumb leaders who treat everyone the same, miss the energy and motivation of each individual.
You can become a great leader by learning from the mistakes of the dumb.
