I’m going to assume, at least to some degree, that you’ve already been through your fair share of goal setting or goal achievement type of training.  Maybe you’ve already set some goals for yourself.  I’m sure you have.  Maybe you’ve worked towards and achieved some of the ones you have been hoping for in your life. Like any good goal setter, you are probably setting some new ones that you want to achieve in the coming months and years. What we’re going to do today is flip the whole paradigm of goal setting on its head, and look at goal setting from a different angle.
