Coach Curl recently returned from a three week journey around the United States of America, visiting New York, Boston and Philly on the East Coast and Los Angeles and San Francisco on the West Coast. Loving the culture and feel of America and always appreciating the beauty of Australia, he used the time to observe and appreciate the USA. 

After much discussions with Steve Maraboli on his recent Australian visits, customer service was often a major topic with Steve coining the phrase “Half-Flush” to describe below average service, Tony has always been adamant that service comes back to leadership and with observation of the incentive based service culture of the states, he hasn’t changed his mind.
